Stayce Carlson
Co-Owner & Lead Teacher
Stayce brings years of hands-on experience with young children. For the past five years she has worked in K–3 classrooms as both a teacher's assistant and a substitute teacher. Earlier, she worked in a daycare and owned and operated her own preschool, so she knows firsthand what it takes both to teach little ones and to run a warm, well-run program. A mother of four, she has also cared for and babysat children of all ages for families throughout the community. Our curriculum is built on proven, highly successful teaching methods, giving the program an established educational foundation. Above all, Stayce believes every child learns best when they feel safe, seen, and free to be curious.
Savannah Tueller
Co-Owner & Program Director
Savannah holds a master's degree in special education and brings strong professional training to My Little Sunshine. She spent several years at a developmental center and two years as a classroom teacher — experience that has given her a deep understanding of child development, different learning styles, communication, and patience. She has a gift for meeting children right where they are and creating a positive environment where every child feels capable and successful.
